Competition Terms & Conditions
Atom Apparel reserves the right to cancel or amend the Competition, the Competition Notice or these Rules at any time without prior notice.   In the event of any dispute regarding the Rules, conduct, results and all other matters relating to a Competition, the decision of Atom Apparel shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into

 

Competition Winners will be notified by email
Winners for all competitions / promotions will be contacted via email. Winners names will be posted on Atom Apparel website winners page.

No liability for loss or damage
Atom Apparel, My Sticker and their associated entities will not be liable for any loss or intentional damage as a result of taking any prize.

Prizes are not redeemable for cash
Prizes are not transferable and/or redeemable for cash. We reserve the right to swap, remove, cancel or change prizes and terms for draws at any time before or after the competition has closed without prior notice.

Competition entries become the property of AtomApparel.co.nz
All entries, once submitted, automatically become the property of atomapparel.co.nz and will be used for promotional purposes only.

Entry's
All competitions rely on the fact that we actually get people entering, if no one enters we obviously wont be running the competition, to keep things fair we will wait for a minimum of 350 entry's per competition before drawing, even if this means lapsing the expiry date for an indefinite amount of time. obviously if we have to lapse a monthly draw we wont run the next months draw but keep running the current months until the number is reached and a winner is found.

No responsibility for misdirection of entries
AtomApparel.co.nz will not be held responsible for late or misdirected entries.

Prize redemption period and unclaimed prizes
Once winners have been notified they must contact Atom Apparel within a period of 1 week to confirm redemption details. Should the winner not contact AtomApparel.co.nz within that period it will be assumed without further notice that the winner wishes to forfeit their entitlement in full. Prizes are always the property of Atom Apparel and it is our choice to present you with these or not.
